Caroline Ceniza-Levine has 15 years of experience in recruiting, coaching and business consulting.  She has coached, published and presented using the Think As Inc toolkit for the past eight years.  In addition to Think As Inc life coaching, Caroline is a co-founding coach of SixFigureStart (www.sixfigurestart.com) a career coaching firm for students and young professionals to launch six-figure careers.  Caroline is also an adjunct assistant professor of Professional Development at Columbia. University, a published advice columnist and public speaker on life and career coaching issues

Prior to coaching, Caroline recruited for start-ups through Fortune 500 companies, such as Accenture, Booz Allen & Hamilton, Citibank, Disney ABC, Pfizer, Time Inc, and TV Guide.  Caroline began her career in management consulting/ investment banking, as an engagement manager at Oliver, Wyman & Company and as a summer analyst at Goldman Sachs.  Prior to her corporate career, Caroline was a classical pianist with a Diploma from the Juilliard School of Music and currently stays active in the arts, performing cabaret and improv. 

Caroline graduated summa cum laude from Barnard College with majors in music and economics.  A native New Yorker, she lives in Manhattan with her husband and two daughters.
