When I recruited, I and most of my colleagues were okay with 15 minutes or less.  Any more than that was a bit awkward, but still better to be early than late.  And there is often that application paperwork, especially for entry- to mid-level hires.</description>

		<description>I do not agree with arriving 15 minutes early.  It stresses people out when you are too early.  5 minutes is ideal.. IF they tell you you have to complete paperwork, then 15 minutes is fine.</description>
